On 6th of February Oppo launched a smartphone under its brand new K series which is Oppo K1. The main highlight in this phone is In-Display fingerprint scanner. Although In-Display fingerprint scanner is available in many phones but this is the cheapest smartphone among all, having the In-Display fingerprint scanner. Oppo K1 is having a 6.4 inch AMOLED display with a small water drop notch at the top housing the front facing camera and earpiece.The resolution of the display is 2340 x 1080 pixels with a pixel density of 402 PPI. Oppo has tried to minimize the bezels with 1.7 mm on the sides and 4.36 mm at the bottom which leads to a high 91% screen to body ratio. The screen brightness is 430 nits. Oppo K1 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor which is an Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.95 GHz which is fabricated on 14 nm process. It is having Adreno 512 GPU. Oppo K1 is having a dual rear camera setup of 16 + 2 MP. The primary camera is having an aperture of f/1.75 and the secondary camera is having an aperture of f/2.4. Talking about the front facing camera it is having a 25 MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. Oppo K1 is having a 3400 mAh battery which is charged via micro USB port. It is powered by Android Oreo on the top of which ColorOS 5.2 is present. It is having a In-Display fingerprint scanner. It is having 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 256 GB with a dedicated memory card slot. It is available in blue and black colour and priced at 16,990 INR.
